In-Depth Review
The Lucky series is one of the standard answers to 'what should be my first cue.' At $135 you get a two-piece cue with McDermott quality assurance β far better than no-name $50 cues in terms of straightness, joint precision, and solid hit. While the maple shaft lacks low-deflection technology, beginners won't need those advanced features anyway. Upgrade to G-Series or other brands later as skills improve. The three-year warranty, while not matching G-Series' lifetime coverage, is very generous at this price point.
